Squaring the Culture

"...and I will make justice the plumb line, and righteousness the level;
then hail will sweep away the refuge of lies,
and the waters will overflow the secret place."

Ongoing War With Iran

It’s not a miscue. We’re at war with Iran, and have been since 2003. It’s neither declared nor officially recognized, but it’s a fact.

Some percentage of the fighting US troops have faced in Iraq since deposing Saddam Hussein has been due to Iranian forces infiltrating the Iraqi insurgency, supplying them with weapons, providing training and funding. I heard US Congressmen making this claim as early as 2004, though apparently US forces did not begin to address the problem directly until 2005.

Read a detailed report about the current state of this undeclared war here. Thanks go to Bill Roggio, who has been providing incisive reporting on the Iraq conflict consistently since the beginning.

The Flash presentation was produced by Nick Grace of Global Crisis Watch and ThreatsWatch.org, with special thanks to Karen Coulson for her assistance.
